Postcessation cargo addition is of interest to many female cigarette smokers. A multidisciplinary treatment combining psychological, food, and exercise components followed a 2-week smoky cessation program. Participants were unevenly assigned to get six follow-up lapse prevention sessions (in a group info or in an individually tailored format) directed by qualified representatives from clinical psychology, dietary counseling, and workout physiology. As predicted, abstinence rates were significantly higher among the individually trim follow-up participants than among those assigned to the group follow-up condition at 3 and 6 months posttreatment. Differences between conditions within postcessation immensity gain were not significant.
